CONCLUSION

An interesting and thought-provoking evening for all concerned.

A testament to the amount of interest in this area is that a larger venue had to be found at short notice to accommodate the number of people attending. It was evident during the presentation that this industry is still at the embryonic stage, and that advances in technology will soon bring usable VR systems within the grasp of many of those who currently find the cost prohibitive.

By placing their initial emphasis on entertainment-oriented mass-produced units, W Industries will be one of the companies responsible for bringing Virtual Reality to the people.
