MARK GILES : SENIOR SERVICE ENGINEER

I worked in Leicester, UK, at Virtuality between 1991 & 1994, During my time there, I was resposible for the world-wide servicing and maintenance of the Company`s Virtual Reality systems, as well as project co-ordination and installation, technical support and training of on-site engineers and distributors` engineers. I wrote and compiled three technical and service manuals for our products, which are still in use today. Following this role, in 1994 I was transfered to Japan to assist with the new branch office and to develop out Asia sales and support network. I am currently the Director at Phrixus Technologies in Sydney, Australia.
